Senior Church Pastors

Senior Pastors - Keith and Jo Chapman-Burnett Senior Pastors, Keith and Jo Chapman-Burnett, pioneered the Church from scratch in the living room of their Ferndown home with a handful of like-minded people, a Hillsongs video and a sense of God's calling to
this area.

They have served in part and full-time ministry for the last 15 years, having gone through the Pastors' Training School with COC Europe in 1993, and subsequently serving as Assistant Pastors in the main European Church in Brighton before coming to Bournemouth to the plant the church in 2000.

Keith is a Chartered Surveyor by profession, having held senior positions in both the public and private sectors - latterly as a Development Director with a major UK property development company. He also practices on a Consultancy basis. Jo serves the Church and family by home educating their three children - Emma, Matthew and Gabriella - and also runs the 'Gutsy Girlz' ladies' ministry in the Church. She previously worked as cabin crew for Virgin Atlantic, but now visits regions in the UK and overseas to offer support and encouragement to other women leaders. Jo is also a fully qualified beautician and was instrumental in the opening of the church beauty salon 'Complete'.

Keith and Jo serve on the European Oversight with responsibility for overseeing the development of the vision of COC in Europe, as well as having specific responsibility for several UK and European Churches.

They have a heart for revival - to see the Church grow to where the power of God is regularly seen and demonstrated in signs and wonders resulting in transformed lives. Their vision is to see a truly balanced Church which will have significant influence in our city, region and nation.

Assistant Church Pastors

Assistant Pastors - Andy and Ali Timms Andy and Ali Timms are the Assistant Pastors of the House of Destiny Church and have been supporting Senior Pastors Keith and Jo since 2003.

Married in 1987 and living in Bromley, Kent until 1996 when they felt impressed by God to leave the UK in order to be trained at Word of Life Bible School in Uppsala, Sweden for a year. From there God spoke to them to move to Exeter where they helped start a church and served as Assistant Pastors until January 1999 when Andy had to return to the Metropolitan Police in London.

After re-locating to Bournemouth, they attended Christian Outreach Centre for the first time in April 2003 and had, what they believed to be, a divine appointment with Keith and Jo and Ashley Schmierer, the International President of COC. The same heart for revival and a passion to see a strong, vibrant and effective church instantly connected the two couples, and the rest, as they say, is history!

Andy, still a serving Police Officer, runs the weekly Bible School and ensures everything else runs efficiently within the church while Ali is the Worship Pastor. She has also been 'instrumental' in setting up the Christian Homeschool Co-operative which is currently based at the church.

They are committed to seeing people healed and restored in body, soul and spirit, and to that end, are training to be fully qualified ministers with the Restoring the Foundations ministry. They are also the proud parents of two great teenagers - Robyn and Ross - both loving God and serving wholeheartedly in the worship and creative arts ministries of the church.
